Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though tiny, were quite comfortable and clean, but could be more spacious if they removed the bulky chairs. The service was very nice and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, at the end of the Myeongdong food street, quiet and safe, yet easily accessible to all the shops, eateries, and subway lines. The dining experience was good, but it didn't begin until 7 AM. Overall, a nice hotel with some minor room size issues, but great service and location.
The hotel offers clean and adequately equipped rooms albeit small and dated, with a pleasant gym and a complete breakfast buffet served on the 21st floor featuring city views. While there are many complimentary travel items, the room had a pungent smell and was cramped for three people with the double bed against the wall.
My experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Myeongdong, which was a huge plus for exploring and shopping. The rooms, although not quite up to 4-star standards, were still decently spacious. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist, but there were some minor issues faced. The dining options were good overall, especially in the club lounge, although a bit more variety in the hot dishes would have been appreciated.
The hotel location is perfect, right in the heart of Myeongdong with easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms, though smaller compared to others in Seoul, were clean and spacious enough for our group of three. Service was mostly attentive, despite a minor hiccup with booking support. Dining was a bit pricey, but the view from the 21st-floor restaurant was stunning. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, they were tiny, possibly the smallest executive room I have ever stayed in. The lack of space to put my luggage was a downside, only leaving room in the wardrobe. Despite the room being spacious, there was no view at all.
As soon as I checked in, I had to change rooms twice, but the facilities were clean and new. However, the overall level failed to match this. The rooms were well-designed and practical.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location right in the heart of Myeongdong, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side and darker than expected, but the service, especially on the executive level, was exceptional. The dining options were a bit limited, but the overall experience was good considering the value for money.
The hotel room was not as spacious as I expected, but the staff was friendly. The location was excellent, close to shopping streets and street food vendors. Unfortunately, dining options were limited and a bit pricey.
